Gaucher's disease

Gaucher's disease an inborm chemical defect causing accumulation of fatty compounds (*cerebrosides) in the liver, spleen, lymph nodes, and nervous system. The disease is fatal in infancy; a less sefere form may become apparent only in adult life.
